One week after sending the notice, (May 1, 2024) reach out to the recipients either individually or as a group, using the provided script.

- Have you had the opportunity to review the notice I previously sent?
- Are there any clarifications you need or questions you’d like to discuss?
- Are you aware that under the fundamental principles of law, the sole and only legitimate role of government is to safeguard the rights of the people? Will you commit to fulfilling your sworn oath to uphold and protect the unalienable rights of the people?
- Are you willing, in the name of transparency, to take the OppScore Politician Survey, which is a nonpartisan political credit rating system based on support for the US Constitution?

Challenge Public Servants on Social Media to Provide You “By What Authority” They Have Taken Their Proposed Actions:
To effectively engage with representatives on social media, it's crucial to maintain a respectful tone while expressing your concerns. Utilize the hashtag #bywhatauthority to challenge them to clarify the lawful basis for their actions. Politely request that they specify where they derive the authority to carry out the actions they claim. Remember to keep your message concise, focused, and peaceful providing clear examples or questions to support your inquiry. By engaging in this manner, you can encourage transparency and accountability from your representatives while fostering constructive dialogue on important issues.

Organize Public Forums and Town Halls
• Organize public forums and town hall events where constituents can directly question their representatives in a public setting. • Invite representatives to participate and address concerns raised by their constituents. • Livestream these events to reach a wider audience and ensure transparency in the exchange of ideas.
Blitz The Media With Coverage
Operation Mockingbird was a CIA-led endeavor aimed at manipulating the American media to spread propaganda. Its strategy involved continuously promoting a carefully crafted narrative to implant false beliefs in the public mind, thereby deceiving the masses. For years, the Smith Mundt Act prevented the government from broadcasting misinformation to the American public. However, its repeal on July 2, 2013, went unnoticed, leading to the influx of government-funded radio and TV programs for domestic audiences. This change effectively opened the door to widespread domestic propaganda efforts. In line with Operation Mockingbird's methods, let's utilize the hashtag #ByWhatAuthority to spread truth to the masses. Through memes, reels, TikTok videos, and shared images featuring the hashtag, we can raise awareness about the proper role of government. Our nation's foundation lies in empowering the people, with the government tasked solely with safeguarding our rights. It is crucial for government actions to be justified and for them to respect our rights without exception. Government officials must demonstrate the authority behind their actions and refrain from violating our rights. Let's come together to ensure that the government operates within its rightful limits and serves the people as intended.
